An incredibly talented Information Technology manager who has extensive qualifications spanning aggressive markets. Experienced in managing and migrating Cloud, Infrastructure and Network Storage. Performed extensive consulting in Data Center Operations, PCI, HIPAA, change management, project management, and disaster recovery. A hands-on detail-oriented individual that builds successful teams of diverse individuals by creating the optimal team-building environment while surpassing expectations and continually beating deadlines. A keen ability to reduce overhead and increase productivity without impacting morale. A talent for analyzing deficiencies, vulnerabilities, opportunities, and potentials while seeking out economic advantages to increase profitability, competitiveness, and customer service.

Based in Boston, his past positions included a member of the management team at CohnReznick where he developed cloudSmart technology as well as the  Associate Vice President of Infrastructure Management Delivery with Zensar Technologies.   


Prior, he served as the Data Center Storage Director with BAE Systems Information Technology, with bases in New Hampshire; Texas; and Virginia. He was charged with developing & managing its storage architects team, utilizing technology from NetApp and DELL Equallogic. Mark drove storage policies and standardization to reduce storage costs by controlling capacity and growth; and was responsible for $25 million in storage assets across the company’s U.S. data centers. 

Mark is simultaneously an Information Technology Expert Speaker aligned with Ziff Davis, Inc., where he presents various IT webinars; while he has also been a frequent guest speaker & presenter for the Gartner Data Center’s Infrastructure & Operations Management Conference.
